Zumba -  A Latin based dance fitness class, come join the party!

IM=X Pilates - IM=X stands for Integrated Movement Xercize. It's an elite fitness formula that marries the muscle toning and lengthening benefits of Pilates with strength and cardio traning to increase flexibility, endurance and muscle tone, while strengthening the spine and abdominal core.


Toning- A full body condition class with focus on breathe support and body mechanics

BreakinDown - A total body conditioning workout focused on "Breakin" you down and building you up! This team oriented class will not only help you burn a boat load of calories but it works on building strength, endurance, speed and agility! BreakinDown will not only challenge you physically but mentally. Are you ready to get sweaty?

Buti - Buti Yoga, a movement practice that fuses power yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that retransforms the body from the inside out.

Ballet - Adult ballet classes offer something for every age and level. Whether you've never danced before or you're looking for a chance to get back into it after several years, there is no reason to be intimidated. Benefits of ballet include increased flexibility, better posture, toning and strengthening of muscles, and many more. Plus, ballet is fun- no classical music allowed here! Wear whatever you'd like.

Hip Hop Aerobics- is designed to jump-start your heart rate, increase strength and flexibility and above all express oneself  through hip hop dance and music.

Heels Up - A high intensity, sexy burlesque class, Heels Up is divided into a 3-part booty-shaking, self-love workout. Starting with a twerking and isolating heart-throbbing cardio warm-up, followed by an intense fitness segment focused on abs, arms, and legs, this divine class finishes with a hot choreographed booty routine. And, of course, don't forget to bring your heels!

Dancehall Aerobics - A Dancehall cardio class that gives you the best of both worlds, basic to advance cultural Jamaican Caribbean feel with ethnic dance moves through a heart throbbing workout.

Capoeira - An Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines dance, gymnastics and music. The movements taught in Capoeira class will develop your coordination; balance; flexibility; strength; cardio; rhythm; and creative thinking. You will also develop a beginning Portuguese vocabulary by learning the movements and the music of Capoeira, as well as the origina and history of the art form. Capoeira is extremely active and gives you the opportunity to express yourself in a fun and positive way!

Booty Boot Camp - A mix of dancing, twerking, boxing, tabata interval training with a SPLASH of self love.

Pound - POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique - all while rocking out to your favorite music!

Power YOGA - Power Yoga takes the traditional flow style and incorporates a dynamic more rapid flow that detoxifies, strengthens, and rejuvenates the body. An open level class from the beginner yogi to the advanced, this practice is body transforming, calorie burning, and mind calming. In 60 minutes jam packed with planks, arm strengtheners and squats - you will sweat, burn, and breathe.
