Breakin' Barre - take a break from the Barre as your core will be challenged throughout the class without a barre. Light resistance will be used to maximize the effects of ballet conditioning, both standing and on a mat. A juicy stretch session at the end of class will increase flexibility and grace.

Pound - POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique - all while rocking out to your favorite music!
Booty Boot Camp - A mix of dancing, twerking, boxing, tabata interval training with a SPLASH of self love.
Capoeira - An Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines dance, gymnastics and music. The movements taught in Capoeira class will develop your coordination; balance; flexibility; strength; cardio; rhythm; and creative thinking. You will also develop a beginning Portuguese vocabulary by learning the movements and the music of Capoeira, as well as the origina and history of the art form. Capoeira is extremely active and gives you the opportunity to express yourself in a fun and positive way!
Hip Hop Aerobics - is designed to jump-start your heart rate, increase strength and flexibility and above all express oneself through hip hop dance and music.
Ballet - Adult ballet classes offer something for every age and level. Whether you've never danced before or you're looking for a chance to get back into it after several years, there is no reason to be intimidated. Insanity - Working in 3 to 5 minute blocks, this class will work every muscle in your body! We take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and then get right back to work. Insanity is based on Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits – so your body has to adapt.
Morning Mix -A fusion of fitness and stretching workout with a French Instructor. Designed to strengthening your core and inner sense of peace, this class will make you sweat and breathe while enabling awareness and empowerment. Along with 25 years of practice, Coco will be introducing basic French terminology building weekly as you progress. Class combines martial arts, pilates, dance and yoga techniques.
