Breakin' Barre - take a break from the Barre as your core will be challenged throughout the class without a barre. Light resistance will be used to maximize the effects of ballet conditioning, both standing and on a mat. A juicy stretch session at the end of class will increase flexibility and grace.

Pound - POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming.
