Insanity - Working in 3 to 5 minute blocks, this class will work every muscle in your body!  We take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and then get right back to work. Insanity is based on Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits – so your body has to adapt.

Morning Mix -A fusion of fitness and stretching workout with a French Instructor. Designed to strengthening your core and inner sense of peace, this class will make you sweat and breathe while enabling awareness and empowerment. Along with 25 years of practice, Coco will be introducing basic French terminology building weekly as you progress. Class combines martial arts, pilates, dance and yoga techniques. 

Soultala Boot Camp - a90s inspired class boot camp class combining kick-ass cardio, 90s dance moves and yoga.

Core Power Yoga - A strong vinyasa flow with lots of core exercises incorporated in. This practice will get you up and moving. You'll feel strong, grounded and centered for the rest of your day. Tying your breath to your movements, working on alignment and strengthening you're core will push your practice to a new level!

Pound - POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique - all while rocking out to your favorite music!

Booty Boot Camp - A mix of dancing, twerking, boxing, tabata interval training with a SPLASH of self love.

Hip Hop Aerobics - is designed to jump-start your heart rate, increase strength and flexibility and above all express oneself  through hip hop dance and music.

Ballet - Adult ballet classes offer something for every age and level. Whether you've never danced before or you're looking for a chance to get back into it after several years, there is no reason to be intimidated. Benefits of ballet include increased flexibility, better posture, toning and strengthening of muscles, and many more. Plus, ballet is fun- no classical music allowed here! Wear whatever you'd like.

Cardio Smash - A total body conditioning workout focused on "Breakin" you down and building you up! This team oriented class will not only help you burn a boat load of calories but it works on building strength, endurance, speed and agility!

IM=X Pilates - IM=X stands for Integrated Movement Xercize. It's an elite fitness formula that marries the muscle toning and lengthening benefits of Pilates with strength and cardio training to increase flexibility, endurance and muscle tone, while strengthening the spine and abdominal core.
